CareMate Home Health Care, Inc. is fully licensed and certified by Medicare and Medicaid and serves clients across Anoka, Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, Dakota, Scott, and Carver counties. We work with all major Health Maintenance Organizations, including Medica/Allina, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UCare Minnesota, PreferredOne, and HealthPartners, ensuring families have access to trusted, covered care options.
Our home health care division was established in 1993 and is licensed as a Comprehensive Professional Home Care Agency by the Minnesota Department of Health. In 1994, CareMate received Medicare certification, a CLIA Laboratory Certificate Waiver, and registration as a Medicaid and Medical Assistance provider—credentials that reflect our long-standing commitment to quality, compliance, and compassionate care.
